miRNA target enrichment analysis

In the study Baumgart, Mario, et al. "RNA‐seq of the aging brain in the short‐lived fish N. furzeri–conserved pathways and novel genes associated with neurogenesis." Aging Cell 13.6 (2014) we described two sets of genes, being constantly down-regulated in the aging brain of N. furzeri, namely cluster 1 and cluster 5.

In the study Reichwald, Kathrin, et al. "Insights into sex chromosome evolution and aging from the genome of a short-lived fish." Cell 163.6 (2015) we provide, for three different tissues, sets of genes, being down-regulated in very old N. furzeri individuals compared to young ones.
