Description
Homo sapiens EP300 interacting inhibitor of differentiation 2B (EID2B) mRNA acts as a repressor of MYOD-dependent transcription, glucocorticoid receptor-dependent transcription, and muscle differentiation.
Just a very slight equal expression in all hg19 samples except the marburg infected ones (low upregulation) could be observed. Onto the RAE homolog no read was mapped
