Description

Binds to activated (phosphorylated) protein-tyrosine kinases through its SH2domain and regulates their kinase activity. During insulin stimulation, italso binds to IRS-1.

The gene shows constant expression levels in both control samples. Afterinfection the gene expression levels fluctuate. Based on Ebola infection theexpression level increases after 7 h and decreases after 23 h in human cells,in bat cells the expression level is stable after 23 h. %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
