Description
Members of the Rab protein family are small GTPases of the Ras superfamily that are thought to ensure fidelity in the process of docking and/or fusion of vesicles with their correct acceptor compartment.
In human the expression levels are slightly downregulated after 7 h, with Ebola infection the gene expression levels are comparable. In bat cells the expression levels decrease after 7 h and increase after 23 h in absence and presence of Ebola infection. %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
