Description
Ras-related protein Rab-5B (RAB5B) is involved in protein transport. Probably also in vesicular traffic. It shows a 2-fold upregulation in EBOV infected human cells after 7h and again a upregulation after 23h. For MARV the same pattern can be observed, but with lower changes. Between first and second exon (chr12:56374250-56375000) mapped reads in all samples could be observed. This seems to be an already known pseudogen.
