Description
The integrin, alpha 3 (antigen CD49C, alpha 3 subunit of VLA-3 receptor) is involved in the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, Focal adhesion, ECM-receptor interaction, Hematopoietic cell lineage, Regulation of actin cytoskeleton, Pathways in cancer, Small cell lung cancer, Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC), Dilated cardiomyopathy.
There was practically no expression in the human samples, but in the samples from bats, there was slight upregulation in Marburg virus infection and slight downregulation in ebola infection.
