Description
Homo sapiens DYNLL1 antisense RNA 1 (DYNLL1-AS1), non-coding RNA, also known as long-non-coding RNA NRAV. This lncRNA was recently reported as a key regulator of antiviral innate immunity by supression of interferon stimulated gene transcription. On RNA level we see a upregulation in the human cell 7h and 23h samples after EBOV and MARV infection.
