IGO gives you an overview about all genes investigated within this study. All manually checked genes with additional information, pdf files and screenshots of IGV, UCSC and Sashimi (if available) are presented in the interactive table below.
The table shows normalized read max counts (see Methods) for all nine human samples (C - Control/Mock; E - EBOV; M - MARV).
For a detailed view and additional information about the homologous gene in the fruit bat R. aegyptiacus just click on the gene name in the first column.
